Employment Screening Services

Integrity Urgent Care and Occupational Care Center performs complete health histories and physical exams. Our goal is to help you determine your job candidates’ ability to safely perform job functions.

Are your job positions physically demanding? Is your applicant pool aging? Are you trying to weigh the applicant’s experience versus their health history and physical condition?

Depending on the job requirements and various exposures, the Pre-Employment Physical can include:

  • Personal and Occupational Health History Review – including past surgeries, past Worker’s Compensation claims, physical activity performed outside of the workplace, etc
  • Complete Physical Exam
  • Musculoskeletal Assessment of all joints
  • Vision Screening including color if needed
  • Lift-Testing
  • Hearing testing using audiometer
  • Drug and alcohol screening- we will design customized panels to fit your specific needs
  • Respirator Fitness and Respirator Fit Exam

We have found the best way to reduce Worker’s Compensation costs is to act on the “front end” of the hiring process. We recommend you require a comprehensive Pre-Employment physical for each candidate.

Integrity’s Employment Screening services guard against costly injuries by ensuring that employees are capable of performing their job duties. While you are prohibited from asking the applicant or current employee’s health history, we do exactly that. This includes a thorough history on all musculoskeletal injuries, surgeries, previous Worker’s Compensations injuries, etc. This can have a direct effect on determining their job fitness.

Integrity’s role in this process is to be your medical consultant and provide a Summary as well as our Recommendation to hire or retain the applicant. We use our experience and training to access their ability to safely perform the job.
